AP CUBED, S.L. will process the Client’s personal data for the following purposes:

• Identify you as a Customer, manage your registration as a user on the IT platform and give you access to the functionalities, products and services for the realization and follow-up of your order portfolio.
• For the development, fulfillment and execution of the corresponding purchase contract, its invoicing, collection and contact maintenance, as well as within the framework of the commercial relationship between AP CUBED S.L. and the Client.
• The sending of commercial communications, including e-mail.
• AP CUBED, S.L., will keep the Client’s data in the file called “CLIENTS”, communicated to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, for the duration of the business relationship with the Client, up to the maximum period permitted by law for such purposes.
• AP CUBED, S.L. will not communicate the Client’s data to third parties, except those legally obligatory, those necessary for the management and execution of the purchase contract and to those financial entities and fraud detection and prevention entities, for the management of the collection process; given that AP CUBED S.L. follows strict criteria for the selection of third party service providers, in order to give correct compliance with the obligations in terms of data protection.
